I’m building a mold and have attached flanges all around and applied the clay to the seams. The part is going to be one piece and flat, no ridges, rolled edges, etc. Do I need to scrape off the excess clay?
I plan to scrape off as much as possible, but want to leave a radius for the CF to lay down nicely.
They are window visors.
