PVA bubbling

I used a Preval Sprayer to apply a very thin layer of PVA to my waxed plug. The PVA bubbled up with tons of tiny air bubbles? It’s about 103F degrees outside when I sprayed it.

What do i use to thin PVA with?

On a seperate note, I noticed 1.5oz CSM is stiff stuff when dry. I guess i should buy some 0.5oz CSM if such an animal exists?

Thin with water.

You can split the 1.5oz in half, or get some .75oz

Thank you Perfeng

problem solved. I thinned it 15% with water, then sprayed it with the Preval sprayer in 78F degrees. It came out smooth and flat as glass. It got a couple tiny nibs in it while it was curing, dust i think.
