Polyimide curing problems

Dear all,
i made a glass polyimide composite by RTM process.
i observed some thing on the surface of the component. It was observed on the top of the component.
I inject the resin from bottom.
The curing temperature is around 320 degree Celsius.

Throw some light on the problem

Have you had successful parts? Looks like trapped air. Looks very bad. Maybe lower injection pressure? Or increase gradually if possible.

Is if fully infused.

Please take a larger photo.

I have many ideas just unsure. Your composite looks burned. Or resin cured prematurely durin rtm.

Is that voids, or roughness? Looks…very…weird.
Could it be a CTE mismatch between the part and the mold? Maybe the mold expands but the part releases from the surface, and the heat oxidizes the surface?
Never seen that before.
