Anyone setup or otherwise have experience in a machine to perf sheets of foam for infusion? (Yes, I know you can buy it perf’d already).
I’m thinking along the lines of either a gang drill or a series of punches, with the foam rolling by on a conveyor.

Cheap Chinese CNC portal millimg machines do that job perfect and can also shape it.
I’ve got a couple 3-axis Shopbot CNC machines, and have done a lot of perf’ing with them.
Time to step up to something dedicated to the job.
One project coming up is going to be 7500 sq ft of infused flat panels… that’s a lot of sheets.
Even the professional kitting companies use cnc portal millimg machines. You can get them with 4-10 spindles so it will be lot quicker.
