With Riff at the helm I assume mandrels and dunstone tape, that’s usually his style. 
Weight is critical in this application. Nicely done. I remember an IBEX show (Ft Lauderdale at the time) where they did workshops making carbon business card holders. Cured in USA style letter boxes.

Yup, heat shrink wrap and a mandrel. TONS of pinholes though. Not sure if bad prepreg, outgassing, or low resin. Still, looks nice for non-composite ppl

I tacked with 5min epoxy, then bonded with 3M 08115. Because I have some laying around of course…and it is black.
