Hi guys just thought i’d say hello, i am pretty much a complete composites noob, but have had an interest in it over the years, just now wanting to give it a try, i will probably be looking to do
parts for cars/motorcycles .
just here to probably do a lot of reading first as i couldnt find much info on composites on the web from a diy point of view, and any books the library had were reference materials.

How did you get started with composites just out of interest? Natural progression from fibreglass?
I have always had interests in engineering/fabrication stuff even though i don’t do it for a job anymore, just like the idea of working with different materials.
any tips you can pass down?
