95-99 stratus trunk

05-UP TSX Kevlar hood. This hood is very very very ridged in the middle. It weighs about 8lbs with frame.

The underside is very dusty as you can tell

Awesome work as always. Is that the way the stock charger hood comes or did you add the scoop? That 8 lb hood is crazy, lightest I’ve seen.

no the charger hood we started with was stock, then we molded in the scoop and made a mold from their

yeah, I didn’t think that scoop was stock, but I like it alot. Props on some more top notch work. Hows the DA panels comin, still on track for the end of the month?

Awesome workmanship!

One little thing, invest in a cheap roll of photo taking paper and they will look even better!

I’ve been planning to get one too and have it hanging over a big work table to pull down when needed and rolled back up when done.

well re redesigned the charger hood yet one more time lol!

As you can tell from this picture the back of the scoop had a raise in it, and the front of the scoop sloped to the front of the hood.

well, we took out that raise and made the front of the scoop slope before the hood ended in the front. Sorry all I have is mold pictures so far.

Love the look of the CF hood on the car.

Very clean, sleek, and sexy without being overly outrageous.

im with you on that one. I love seeing other methods of tooling and ways I can improve mine. That flow media we are using on the hood is EnkaFusion Nylon Matting. The green airtech flow media is a lot better. We are just out and waiting for our shipment. so we had this in reserve.
