Here is a new product i have produced for a customer, its listed on ebay at the moment just to get some exposure really. The reserve is very reasonable but a lot of people just havnt a clue what goes into producing these parts.
And another
one more, shame i can`t make them bigger on here, sorry.
AWESOME!
I’m wondering what eBay listing that is on to watch the auction?
What is the suggested retail price in $'s is that too?
Keep up the awesome work!

Here you go Werks, http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Full-Sierra-Cosworth-Carbon-Fibre-Dash-Sapphire-XR4i_W0QQitemZ140117724838QQihZ004QQcategoryZ72213QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
In dollars around $2400 but this is a very limited item and would not have been produced at all, its just because i wanted one. Theres around 4-500 dollars of materials in each one + about 60 hours work. There are two molds for the main dash, one for the ecu cover, three molds for two support and one stiffening bracket and one for a lower dash support/locating bracket and one mold for the heating/ventilation ducting, so thats eight molds. The price above is for the first one future ones add $400.
Thanks for the link and information as I know others on here would also want to check it out too!
PS: You misspelled “triple” on the gauges comment…
VERY Cool, nice work brotha.
and the price is very reasonable IMO for the amount of work that would be involved in such a limited production item. People see a hood go for $400 bucks and think everything else should be less than that. “yeah if I could sell 200 of said item the price would be lower”
Nice work baz! Hope it pays off.
That is incredible!
What are you using for the clear coat?
youve outdone yourself again BAZ!
I still have zero desire to tackle that kind of project.
When I am ready though Ill call on you for advice!!
The clearcoat is 2k acrylic, hard as **** and can be worked to completion the same day.
Thanks for the comments guys, projects like this certainly concentrate the mind, the pay off for me is the satisfaction of acheiving it.
JRL, im not worried about the auction because i know itll never reach it`s reserve, then the guy who already wants it can have it.
Baz
Maybe write a few words about the costs of the materials and the time you put in, so people can get an idea of the price…
Theres 45 people watching the dash in there watch lists Most people are aware of these dashes and the actual price i want for them, they also know through the various car web sites the work and costs involve already. The problem is there are very few people willing to pay the price. Now if this was a Ferrari or Lambo dash youd have no end of buyers whod pay $10,000 for it.
Baz
I got you. I meant it more in the way that you deserve for your work to pay off. And not so much in the way that you are taking a risk.
So guess what your next project should be

Lol, yep i know, now who`d lend me their Ferrari for a few months so i can rip the dash out make a mould and do fit tests. Free dash, any takers?
Maybe the guy that the actor Eddie crashed his Ferrari
Here’s in the Newport, Ca. area…
thats some amazing work!!
Cool awesome product:cool:
To be honest, that will be tough to find. I just took out the dash on mine, but it was to have the leather redone. Wouldn’t want shiny carbon there. And if you say “rip out” the dash, that sounds very unappealing.
