I have a customer that has a 2005 corvette and he want me to make him carbon side skirts. I have no skirts to make molds of. So what kind of material can I use to make one off skirts and then make molds of ? i was thinking somthing like the foam that they use to scultp surf baords. any thought or ideas would be appreciated. thanks
Urethane foam and Duratech primer is all you need if you have a good hand at sculpting and shaping.
