Hi I make carbon prepreg camera gimbals that are moulded in one peace and hollow .I am using a aluminium split mould placing the carbon in it with a inflatable bladder closing up the mould and inflating the bladder.What my problem is that I need to make a custom bladder that can handle 120 degrees C for one hour Latex is good because it is single pot and cleans up in water but it can’t handle the heat.Silicon can handle heat but it is messy and has a short pot life so you have a lot of waste . Is there magic stuff like latex that can handle 120 C . What do they make bladders in foot balls with? Thanks.

Amazing video and detail. How are the seams bonded then? Just butt joints, or do you have any overlapping?
The seams are done like the illustration below. Notice how each layer gets staggered. This improves the seam quality cosmetically and structurally. It takes a little practice to do with a hand layup and pre-cut pieces.
