Need heat stable, solvent weldable film other than PETG

2nd post here - Hi again!

Love this forum so far. You guys speak my language.

One of my composite laminates requires a formable bonding layer to tie into acrylic sheet, therefore this bonding layer requires good adhesion to 2 part reactive acrylic cement (like Weld-on 43). My oven based laminating resin bonds to pretty much any plastic film, but cannot bond to solid sheet acrylic without the acrylic deforming under the heat, so I need this bonding interlayer film.

I have tried thin acrylic - the heat from the oven laminating causes crazing, warpage, etc. and don’t want to anneal the acrylic too time consuming.

I have tried PETG - works great, but fogs under the acrylic cement, and its melt point is too low - bubbling.

PET won’t allow bonding to 2 part acrylic.

Acetate film does not work for some reason. Acetone solvent welds to it, but not my acrylic cement.

What I really am looking for is a PET film that has PETG or acrylic on one side. I tried some print-receptive PET film that claims it has acrylic on one side, but the cement does not bond to it.

Anyone know of another thermoplastic, solvent weldable clear film that I haven’t tried? The perfect think would be Impact Modified acrylic (crack and craze resistant), but it only comes in thick sheet. I need .010"
