Someone asked where they could get multiaxial weave. They were making a panel as per a customers request.
I would suggest called Textile Products inc. They’re an excellent weaver and if they can’t do it they will certainly direct you to someone who can.

Check with T.E.A.M. and Bally Ribbon Mills might have non-wovens.
also check Mass Composites, I don’t know much about them, but they appear to do some non-traditional stuff.
Two of their fabric styles, one twill 2x2 another uni. Both were made from Toray t7000. I’ve also used a bidirectional cloth from them as well as some basket weave scrap that they were nice enough to donate.
