Looks go! Did you overlay an existing part or make this piece from a mold? The reason I ask it that it looks like you have some surface pin holes. If you overlayed, make sure that you have sufficient resin coverage before sanding smooth. If you made from a mold, you might want to make sure you are getting good saturation. Also, if you have bubbles in the resin and you are wet laying, you can hit the resin saturated fabric with the heat gun lightly and the resin bubbles will pop. Just a few suggestions, but looks good.
Nay, I screwed up with the part. I was so excited, and in a rush to go somewhere, that I threw a clearcoat on top, and didn’t bother fixing it up.
My next one will be perfect

It didn’t transfer much heat at all. I then put a layer of heat shielding on the underside, and as expected, stays cool!
