Motorcycle subframe mounting points

Are there any written articles or video tutorials detailing how mounting areas are designed/constructed for a carbon part?

Some pictures to show the part in question (where the mounting points are secured to the main frame);

Would this sort of idea be suitable? http://ridersdiscount.com/forum/akrapovic/exhaust_hanger_bracket_akrapovic_carbon_fiber_bmw_s1000rr_2.jpg

Or would that be prone to having the outer carbon surface crushed and weakened from the bolt being tightened?

You don’t need to have ally inserts,I have built my own self supporting unit I have had problems uploading pictures,I will try again,my first was for my gsxr 1000 k2 model,I will go into detail if you want.there is alot off work in making the plug,but worth while.

Will be good to see some pictures if you can get past the uploading problems!

If you’re willing to describe how you built up your mounting points to be strong enough then it would be greatly appreciated.

Iam off out with my son,but if you need to speak I would give my tel number and run through process.

Thanks very much for that Bulk. If you still plan on uploading the pics then I’ll wait to see those. Never know, it might look straight forward enough for me not to waste your time on the phone.

If you need help uploading pics Bulk feel free to send me a PM. I am interested in how you cleanly insert fasteners as well.
