Mavcoat KCP release

Talked to a Rep a week ago or so… the stuff is just like Frekote NC770.

They do sell it direct by the gallon, pail, or drum. A gallon runs $100. Rep says it smells much less than nc770 product.

It won’t contaminate or transfer onto your laminated part.
A green mold requires 6 coats… 1 coat every 15 minutes. The last coat you let set for 8 hours before using the mold. Reapply as needed but they say you get a few pulls from each application. Their “kcp” release is good up to about 1000F degrees. It is solvent base… rep didn’t seem to think water base release was good for what i do and i wouldn’t really trust a water based release anyhow.
