Hey everyone im starting to manufacture parts and am after some new techniques to improve the speed etc im looking for these materials:-

Gum tape for vacuum baging
breather layer for vacuum baging
peel ply for vacuum baging

Although you can buy the above through carbon composites ill be needed higher qunatities so erally a wholesaler would be perfect.

silicone mold 71 11 or similair (to make fresh molds out of silicone)

liquid plastic - smooth cast 30 A+B

bolding agent- to bond plastic to carbon fiber…

thanks ive tried but no answer so ill give them ago again tomorrow do they also do the liquid plastic and silicone?? and if not where can i get that from?..

also where do you get your general materials, gloves,cups, etc etc etc just basic materials dont want to buy them from a shop if i can get them cheaper…

Both ECF and Easy composites do discounts for bulk volumes. Give them a bell they might have some offers on.

Marineware are industry suppliers so good trade prices and a selection of tacky tapes, bleeder, release films, peel plies and vacuum bag materials.

Call sales on 02380330208 and ask them to email you their current composite price lists. I use them for most of my composite supplies.
