Making Carbon/Kevlar pannels for my motorcycle.

HI folks!
Interesting forum.
I have a desire to try to make some pannels to protect the lower portions of a plastic pannels on my motorcycle. Can anyone assist me on where to buy the materials and guide me in making these look somewhat professional?
Any and ALL comments/questions/feedback will be appreciated.

I would attach them using a silicone or possibly velcro…

Tom, I’ve been giving this some thought, and I think I’ve got a solution that’s as simple as it’s going to get.

Mask off the area you want to cover on those panels with masking tape and heat form sheet styrene around those plastic panels. Then trim into the shape you want, making sure it’s finished exactly how you want the kevlar pieces to be. Now you’ve got your plug. Then use your preferred mold method to make a mold of the styrene. After that, layup your pieces and you’ve got your guards.
