Ok, I am at a standstill on how to do this operation correctly. I am using epoxy molds, Wet layup (Fiberglass & CF), clamshell epoxy mold and bladder to compress. If possible, I would like to mold the LUG/BOSS with the main part as a whole. Instead of adding the LUG/BOSS after I have molded my main part. I wanted to Wet Layup the LUG/BOSS in the insert shown before I put into the main mold. However not sure how to place the top portion of my Laid up (FG & CF) with the “LUG/BOSS” insert. Hopefully there is a better way and but I have no idea what to do. Help would be appreciated. Thanks a million!!!
