Looking for a Vacuum Pump

Hi,
wonder if anyone can help me here.

is this pump suitable for vacuum infusion and rtm light? (parts up to 2sqm)
Thanks

the reliability of these pumps seem to be quite bad. I ended up buying a complete set (with tank, switch, etc) based on a small oil-less pump.

This is the pump I have been using in my shop for over 5 years with no problems still pull 30" HG every time.

How many infusions have you done in those 5 years? Is there any special maintenance?

I have also just purchased the same robin air 15600, it was the best fit for my $ and my proyects I have on mind. I hope if time allows to do my first infuision by the end of this month…very exited about it.

Don’t know the exact number of infusions I have done but, it have lasted a lot longer then the cheaper vacuum pumps for example Harbor Freight. I just make sure that I don’t go to long before I change the oil.

Umm…No one can pull more than 29.92" dude…even if you have a turbo molecular pump. Might want to get a new gauge

Reliability of the Ebay pump is an issue, I donated a couple of them to the recycle bin.

I supplied a complete system to Susho, and he is happy…

for now at least
