Yes but in Europe legal racing on public streets isn`t so popular like in USA.
Most european countrys haven`t or have 1 or maybe 2 profesional dragstrips.
So in europe it`s still starting (from '00 ;).
Kingman AZ…street racing is sanctioned during certain times in a certain area?
I’ll have to check that out some day if so. 
same with san diego, they open qualcomm stadium parking lot and let people go for shit hahaha… but it has some order because they dont want to lose their ability to do it anymore
