Larger than 60" carbon rolls?

I’m looking to build some parts but the width and length are both larger than 60". Does anyone have any suggestions on how to do this without a seam? Its for a hood btw.

Short of getting a custom size roll of carbon woven for you (which would require a very big quantity order), it just can’t be done.

Much easier to think of a way to make a feature of the seam.

composite envisions has 3k 2x2 twill in 75"

There are wider eolls available and can also be manufactured for a single roll. It is not that expensive, about 30% more

or be more creative and do V patterns, or other variants to make it still look cosmetically good, like hide seems in corners (if part has it)
