just saying hey

I started making some parts for local go cart and motorcycle dealers. I’m not really into motorcycles but all the things I make for them were cool projects I did.

some fenders I infused

I clear coated the ones in the picture, so they are pretty shiny, costumer wanted them that way instead of the dull look that normally comes from the infusion process.

here is a video of one of them being made that I put on youtube. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WQlPDimkl9k

these are carbon fork covers that just snap over the front forks on motorcycles to protect the forks. very simple design.

these are universal heat shields that bolt onto the exhaust of dirtbikes

just a few of the things I make. I make other things like skid plates and intakes.

I am moving on to cars next b/c that is more up my ally.

let me know what you guys think

looks great, what resin system are you using?

I am using Tap Platics Surfboard clear resin right now.

It is pretty hard to infuse with, it gels in like 10 minutes in my shop but that is because it is normally 100+ out there lately. and I only add between 3-5 drops per ounce.

I want to get some resin meant for infusion but haven’t really had the need yet, because the parts are relatively small. and Tap plastics is 10 minutes from my house.
