It’s called a cardbow. It’s in the same vein as the minimalist wallets but but is unique in that it uses a composite spring instead of elastics and metal.

I’ll answer any questions I can about the layup and processing of the spring. Which was all done in house.

Interesting… kinda of the opposite approach to something like the billetus

looks clean. Though I think it looks very flimsy… but it’s made of silk so i would think it’d be supple. ANd why is it narrower than the money it holds? the contents don’t have a tendency to fall out?
