jetski lid help

Hi i’m attempting to make some lightweight items for jetskis and i am starting with a simple battery compartment lid.
how ever ive already made a mould of the outer but the inside has gussets and mounting posts with bolts in them wich i am not too sure on the proccess
do i epoxy them on free hand or make another mould? just not sure
whole lid

so if you have any other ideas it would be great
thanks

your pics arent showing up

realy ?
i see them
i wonder what that is

The mounting posts would normally not be a problem. However, because you need the other areas for sealing I would build a mold for the backside also.

yep but how would i make it
the sealing lip can be wider as it sits on a rubber seal3/4 of an inch wide

Put the lid back in the front side mold and use it as a parting flange to build a mold of the backside. Once finished, you should have a sandwich mold. You can use it as such or build the two sides seperate and bond them together after trimming.

Listen to perf…he helped me tons.
