March 12-13-14 the JEC is coming up, presumably the biggest composites exhibition in Europe and in the world.
It is held near paris, france, anyone attending?

I don’t know which day I will be there, but I guess after a few years in composites I have to visit this time 
We DD-Compound have a booth at the NRW Germany Booth. I am happy to meet as much people as possible from the forum.
I am hoping to be there on the Tuesday, will call to say hello

My father went by train on tuesday. He stranded in Brussels.
My colleague went by car, he left 0500 on tuesday. 1500 he mailed a picture of a white world, and a sign “Paris 139 km”. 0430 the next day he was freed by the gendarmerie, who dug out the car, removed the barrier in the middle of the road, and directed all traffic back.
A supplier also went by car, the same day (tuesday) and reached Paris on 1100 the next day.
My father went back on thursday. Saw some nice stuff, but no photos.
JEC and PAris: always trouble. Snow, striking airport personel, striking taxis, striking railways, striking metros.
So I guess most of northern/central Europe got the snow bad during March…in fact a friend in London said that there were snow showers in his area today! :eek:

I didn’t go either. Planned on it, but with all the snow and bad weather…
haven’t seen snow for four days now, so the rain season will probably kick in any day now
