Is this amine blush?

I wanted to to test this resin out, West Systems 105 with the slow hardener. I poured it on and spread it out with a brush, then fanned it with a propane torch to get rid of the bubbles.

Did the torch cause this? Can I sand it out?

Oh yeah, I messed with the color in order to get it to show up better. The dark areas are crystal clear.

hmmmmm I only see red x’s

amine blush is the wax that floats to the surface isnt it??? Im pretty sure thats what its called.

Youd know if it has a waxy texture and it will sand off.

Strange, the pix are showing here and at work…anyone else having problems seeing them?

i see them too. I just don’t know the cause of it???

It looks to my like Epoxy blushing too.

What causes this and can it be stopped?

And if it does happen do I have to pretty much sand it all down?

Any Epoxy that I have used or read about also doesn’t have UV protection so you need to sand and spray it with PUR clear coats.

Even the CF PrePreg that we used in the classroom, If left uncoated it turns greenish.
