I am going down for just the first day (19th)to plug my new composites co. I was curious to see if any of the rest of you would be there. For those who may not know, the show is in Baltimore from the 19 thru the 21.
I’ll be flying in Baltimore early on Monday, and leaving around midnight. Will be a long day.
What are you trying to plug? SAMPE is not really the place for that IMO.
I will be manning the Uni. of Delaware booth alone from 10-12 on tuesday. ACK!!! But then a looong walk picking up tons of shwag and talking to the Con Who**s.

I am starting a Co. to manufacture Composite sandwich panels W/ sizes up to 5’ x 10’. You are probably correct that its not the best place for that, but I can drive down and it won’t cost me that much. I figure it’s worth a shot:)
Doing training classes for Boeing and skipping a day would be unacceptable! But I always try to at least go to the shows and see what’s new and talking to contacts. Networking is vital.
At least it will give you a good idea on what’s out there. Maybe something that will help your startup even more! Materials, tooling, cutting, everything is at SAMPE! That, and yeah, there are tons of networking you can do. Good luck!
