infusion vs wetlay weave pattern

Hi guys, not sure if my eyes are deceiving me or not. i have noticed that there a difference on the weave pattern between parts which have been vacuum infused [best look] and those which have been wetlayed and vacuumed. is there a way one can get the same results with wet lay+ vacuum that is assuming you have no pinholes and bubbles.

thanks

Are you talking about the flat squashed look?

Even better is just a plain open lay-up with no vacuum at all, when the weave stays in the relaxed stage it produces very deep 3D look almost like a hologram. I do it just laying one ply at first and let it cure green before putting in the rest
To eliminate pin holes , thin resin. diligent squeegee , heat lamps , clear coat first in mold.
Complicated shaped parts not easily done like this.
