infusion resin?

Anyone suggest a good infusion ver? I am using an interplastics clear gelcoat mixed at 1.2% by volume. I really need to find a good clear ver resin. I know problems has a ver that he uses and i would like to stay along those lines.

I got my VER from composites one. It has a viscosity of 100 Don’t know the brand they just told me it is their best selling infusable VER

thank you…any word on the infusion setup?
I am ready as soon as you are.

Is the VER actually clear? Most of the ones I have seen are a slight pink or light purple. They still work well on carbon though. I personally still prefer to work with epoxy even though it is more expensive. I just seem to get a better finish and the strength is better. Just my $0.02.

the ver is not clear but there so little of the resin that the color never really shows.

As Kyankton can attest, I get mine through Michigan fiberglass.

Im waiting to get a sample of resin made specificaly for infusion from my local aerospace industry supplier.

Here is to hoping that it turns out to be what I need. I spoke to him about the clarity concerns and its flex properties. He is sending me a 5 gallon pal to try it out and I will post results for you guys to see.
