Hello.
I have done several things with vaccum and overlay, but now it’s time to advance.
How can i make, let say a tray or a plate whit perfect finish on both sides?
With the usual vaccum infusien you just gets the side lying against the molde perfekt and the other is peel ply surface!
Some ideas?

vacuum infusion
For a 2 sided finished part, look into VARTM (double sided mould). However, the expenses can hold you back.
The next best thing is a Scandinavian product: Fibertex Compoflex. This at least leaves a near smooth finish.
Sound great this product, but probably need to be sanded and polishing to get a perfect finish
I can live with wet sand and buff a bit.
