Can anyone speculate as to how this frame was made?

It looks as though it was molded in one piece. I figure it could have some sort of core, but how would you make it if you didn’t want to use a core? I have seen that aquapour stuff and you obviously could use that to make something like this. I also saw a video where a bicycle company was laying up unidirectional pre preg onto silicon bladders which they then put into a two piece mold. I thought this might be possible here if you used a couple of bladders and used some sort of weak adhesive to hold them to shape just until it gets laid up on and into the mold. However, it seems like this would still be difficult to get the bladder out due to the relatively small sized holes. What do you guys think?
