Just change all the bats to carbon fiber… no need to be superman to swing a carbon bat fast:D
Thanks for posting, very interesting video.
Splint
Easton makes softball bats using the same CNT technology as their bike parts and whatnot…my first reaction was “no way, carbon shouldn’t work that way”…but it’s held up to a full season of drunken softball, so I guess there’s something to it.
In other news, ever notice how it seems every composite manufacturer in “How it is made” never have their employees wearing rubber gloves or respirators?
That is interesting…I started to watch it the other day and saw the video of How They Make Condoms…well, got side tracked and forgot to go back. Oh well!
Lol! I noticed that one too, so easy for a few minutes to turn into a few hours on Youtube.
yeah, I was about to say that. AAAAARG!
I mean…the safety aside…I cant stand how much glass and carbon i get stuck in my fingers on a daily basis…sometimes when I am not even in the lab!!!
That is so funny you guys mention about no gloves or respirator on YouTube… very true.
someone here should post a video on how to SAFELY do composite work
