I checked this forum since few weeks now, pretty interesting ! I read many thread about fiberglass ans CF creations. I also read all the tutorials that were listed here…

I want to begin to do some projects as well. Do you suggest me to begin with some projects of fiberglass only or can I do a mold and try some CF ???

Another question that I have is where can I get what I need to begin working on some projects ??? Do I have to get em from the states (I m in Montreal,Canada) ???

Well I m only waiting at some products to start !!! really nice forum BTW !

I don’t know of a supplier in Canada, but I’m sure there is at least one or two. I’ve shipped to Canada several times before. Starting out with fiberglass does help. You can get a hang of things without wasting a lot of money on trashed carbon. You can begin by describing what type of project you’re working on and I can recommend what materials you’ll need to do the job.

well I guess I will try to do something simple first… probably dash parts or maybe OEM fender to give it a shot !

can also try to mold my little spoiler and create some like it ! it s not fulkl of curve and it s pretty flat…

If you sell some stuffs, I m ready to contact you and order what I need to have fun with those projects !

what do you suggest me to buy for my first order ?

I ll need wax, maybe primer, resin (epoxy), fiberglass, gel coat… anything else ?

which quantity of fiberglass should I order to make some projects…

if you know something else that I ll need for sure tell me please ! :wink:
