2 Piece mold but for the inside I’m thinking of some kind of inflatable baloon???
to me it doesn’t look like they used a sleeve and a inflatable bladder. i think that they probably did the lost foam method or a 2 part mold. the weave orientation it also messed up towards the left side of the tube. do you have anymore pictures? also is this a intake pipe?

I have the same pipe but in aluminum.
I’d say bladder, or investment core like Aquacore…dunno unless you can see the inside. Maybe even vacuum bag tubing, which provides a “pressure” on the inside of the tube. It’s just like bagging the tube on the inside…i think airtech makes something like it.
A lot of the intakes, such as J’s Racing (so many copies thereafter) are two part molds. You could adhere them with a bonding substance to make it one, or, depending on size it is most likely safe to say that you could wet up some fiberglass patches, and apply them to the inside as well so long as you can get your hand in there, to make sure it has double the protection from coming apart. Making that in 2 pieces I would imagine would be 10x easier.
yeah, there is that too. Depends on the pressures the inside receives. Testing would of course have to be done if using any method!
