Its a bracket on a (metal) bumper.
How do i make this?

simplify the shape, make a mold of it. glue in any inserts it may need. glue the bracket on seperatly. or just come up with a different bracket all together.

will look into a more simple bracket, drill a hole and bond a nut in place (so it takes the bolt)
Measure the dimensions of the bracket, then work out the dimensions it would need to be when placed on the surface of your composite part, and you may well find it can be made from a section of aluminuim box, with a rivnut fitted, and then laminated onto your part.
Going to make a simple mould based on it, make sure it has a nut bonded in, and just bond it on.
Probably wont sell many, but worth a try.
find a metal box/bar the same size, glue it to a metal plate for the flat section. Release coat it, and lay up. Simple!
