How to make composite replacement door panels?

Hello.
I want make carbon fiber door side panels for Opel Astra 1.
I have orginal two side panel’s from astra.
What i should do to change shape orginal panel, how i can start ?

Som one can help me?
Theanks.
Astra Is Sport Race Car.

I have problem with close door, when i have orginal panel, witch out panel we have strong wind ;).

The door panel should not be doing anything to prevent air from coming in. Why do you have stong wind?
The best option if you need or want interior door panels, is to just use the inside of the door as a template.

When we remove orginal panel we have wind.
We want build new Carbon fiber panel but we dont have idea.

Maybe they have a lot of rich food in Poland?

In that case, they should remove the panels to let the wind OUT!

Maybe you get me wrong, maybe my english is poor.
Please i want talk olny about door panel.

I have friends in uk ;).

Theank you for veneration.
How i live  ? With God !
God blees you.

Ok i try show you step by step that remaking.
I must do :.remake, mould, and carbon fiber door panel.

That astra must have panels,we have winter ;).
That car use race driver,in all seasons.
Nobody like wind from four sides, front and tail.

Yes I know, millions of them, one of the main reasons I am currently out of work.

aww come on guys…

best and easiest ting to do is just make a flat panel replacement to prevent internal air restrictions (ie. wind)

For doing the separate model,we can use polystyrene foam sheet.
We can cut the shape out.
In sell we have 10 mm/20 mm/ 30mm / 40mm / 60 mm.
But We must however remember the polystyrene foam is entering reactions with chemical elements.
Resin is completely not suitable to this destination.
But we can use the spatula for modeling.
In this way we should achieve the desired purpose.
For this time I don’t have the possibility of the continuation of this project.
If somebody of you wants to elaborate this topic, I am able to present the theory.

are you wanting to duplicate it exactly or just a door panel that prevents the wind?

I have made flat carbon pieces and used for door panels of old datsun race cars and such. I have also made full formed door panels before and we just put 2 thin layers of glass over everything and sanded smooth with filler, poly primer, and then waxed and started a mold

“strong wind” hahahahaha! it’s all the polish sausage lol.

Ok, i’m really sorry but i had to say it. Now onto the door panel question.

I would remove the cloth inserts, hot glue gun the masonite or plastic backing to the rest of the door panel so it is stiff, not two seperate pieces, then use resin mixed with fillers to create a sandable fairing compound. Use that fairing compound to build up areas you want. Sand it smooth then primer the entire plug with duratec gloss primer. Then make your mold off that plug… remember to make flanges on your plug.

there is probably 50 different methods to modify this panel before making the mold.
