Any suggestion on how to fix the pin holes on the surface of carbon part after demold? would spray clear coat help to fill the pin holes?
And also is there any thing that work just like the pigment for PER?
Test and find out is the only way as where the fine bubbles are on top or inside.
I take it your are asking about pigments for Epoxy resin? I would say the ones for PER would work. I’d test it but been too busy rebuilding the business, I also had a small traffic accident (not injured, nor at fault…but the paper work and calls…) and some personal family dealings that is taking up my time…
if the pinholes go to the carbon…youre going to use a lot of clear.
Carbon doenst really seem to wet out the indiviual threads and acts like a sponge when you shoot something so thin into the pinholes.
tint? like what kind of tint?
is there any clear coat that’s like filler kind of stuff?
The reason why I asked for the pigment was because I am currently using some pigment for my polyester resin, but I am out now and trying to find some substitude for it.
