How to cover pinholes???

Hey guys, just need your ideas. I made a panel and probably due to a hole in the bag the vacuum pressure wasn’t enough and got many pinholes between the tows of the carbon wave - what’s the proper way to fill them in order to clearcoat it later?

blast the clear on and break the surface tension from the pinholes so they fill with clear. let it cure, sand the piss out of it. and re-clear.

shoe polish on carbon fiber, haha

Would it work If I used a black filler sanded flat and then clear?

yes, adtech makes a black filler that is really nice called p-17. however if you fill all the pinholes it will be very noticable. if you want the best finish it needs to get filled with clear. you can use epoxy but its harder to sand and level correctly. spraying clear is the best, that and not getting pinholes in your part in the first place. infusing or using a clear topcoat in mold will fix this problem if done correctly.
