What is the proper technique for working with fabric seams on long or large projects?

To be perfectly clean you’ll need to be working with prepreg. Other than that you just have to cut very very slowly and carefully. A normal scissor will not do. You’ll need a fabric scissor. The thick heavy metal kind that you see at the sewing shop.
