How do I?

Take multiple pieces of carbon fiber 2x2 3k and align them/cut them so that there is a less noticeable seam if its visible at all?

I ask because it would be more cost effective if I could cut my cloth into strips instead of using a large piece that would also have large sections I’d just have to cut out for air ducts.

Is this even possible or is the only option to use 1 big piece? A link to a guide/tutorial or anything would be so helpful. Can’t find this anywhere online.

Depending on how creative you are I’ve seen sone sweet parts get made from scraps. Over lapped triangles with random orientation looks neat… Even though twill in itself is beautiful… It can turn out even better on hard parts with some creativity.
