honeycomb-carbon sandwich stiffness videos to share?

I’m looking for a video that would give a hint about the stiffness of a carbon fiber and honeycomb sandwich.

Does anybody have anything to upload? I’m particularly looking for a Nomex Aramid 3-5 mm and carbon fibre (say, 5.7oz/160g twill) flat plate sandwich example. Perhaps showing how much it flexes if it’s only held up by one corner, how much it flexes when one edge is deflected, how stiff it is when force is applied with a finger.

But really any sandwich structure example clip regardless of video quality that you can film would do. Or even photos… even though it’ll be more difficult to get an idea of how much force is applied.

I’m building a semi-structural member where weight is important. As far as for the composite structure itself, the main weight falls onto an i-beam and the semi-structural member needs to create shell to a distance around some 30 cm beyond the beam.
