high temp resin

I’ve been asked to make some parts for some 4-stroke bikes that will be put under extremely high temperatures. They will be sitting around 1/4 inch from the exhaust header on these bikes which reaches red hot temps. I am wondering if there are any resins on the market that have this kind of heat resistance or any heat dispersion methods you guys know of that would limit the exposure. They will not be directly on the pipe but still exposed to much of the heat.

Thanks

Aluminum?

ya, its looking like heat is gonna be a considerable problem. I think heat wraping on the inside of the guard may be a decent idea.

Im guessing you already have an oven for post curing?

Heres a thread that might help you out. Lots of ideas being thrown around in it…
