Hi guys,

Just wanted to introduce myself, I am the UK & EUROPEAN operations and sales manager for an international PREPREG manufacturer. I am based in UK.
We produce high quality prepreg to meet the demands of the high quality/high-end applications.

Our products are;
OOA PREPREG ( clear resin with pinholefree results with only “vacuum and oven” applications)
AUTOCLAVE PREPREG
HOT-PRESS PREPREG (under 10 minutes cure and with perfect finish results with hot press applications)

We have 5 different epoxy resin systems at the moment to suit most applications and our high quality and certified carbon impregnated with “HUNTSMAN” epoxy systems.
PREPREG SHELF LIFE : at 23°C 4-8 weeks (depending on the resin system)
at -18 °C min. 1 year (All resin systems)
Curing temp. range: 80-150 degrees celcius (depending on the resin system)

Our main focus is producing high quality products to meet the requirements of the high-end applications/products.and very competitive price range that gives our clients strong position in their markets.

Welcome , what do you prefer making with your prepregs ? Does your company offer different CF weave styles or weights as well ? Website ?

Hi HCD and thanx.
yeah we offer carbonfiber fabric and prepreg from 1K to 12K and all the common weights from 80 gsm to 600gsm.
Weave sytles are plain, 2X2 twill, 4X4 twill, unidirectional and 5 harness satin.
