we are gonna use carbon fiber fabric for the formula car.the shell and seat of the car are maden of carbon fiber
we are gonna use the same kind of epoxy.

I do not see a reason not to use the same epoxy.

Thank you for your answer, i will ask you a second question.
We will fabricate a arms for our race car.We want to use carbon fiber tube for that.We think buying carbon fiber tube will be better for us.We will use aluminium insert. And the question is what kind of epoxy should we use? And what is your suggestion for this process?

Epoxy for glueing the insert in the tube?

I would recommend a methacrylate, not an epoxy. For instance Huntsman 2000 series.
