help needed, complete new comer, and a few questions

Ok, so basically i adore Carbon Fiber with a passion. I want to start laying up my own molded parts for my other hobby- RC car racing

But I don’t really know too much about how to work it. I have read several tutorials and articles, and it appears to be pretty simple.

But what advice would you give me in making my first carbon fiber bits? Have you got any links to articles that are a full-blown complete tutorial showing me to how to mold carbon fiber?

I am looking at making this a commercial and business venture, so what products would I need to have a complete Carbon Fiber workshop?

Also, I need to be able to cut my carbon fiber intricately, without a CAD machine. Are there any heavy duty dremel parts or other tools to cut carbon fiber?

Also, are there any good suppliers here in the UK?

Anyway, thanks for the help in advance

and I apologize for all the questions

Thanks

Ben

my suggestion is to start collecting books and videos and start learning. Your going to find out that composites fabrication is not as easy as you think. That is why finding good carbon parts is hard because the market is flooded with low par parts. Also use the search feature and see if some of your questions have already been answered. If the admin is nice he might be able to send you some learning material. How do you sit financially. Most people here are finding out it is very hard to start a composites business without capital, experiance, knowledge, and most importantly customers

Thanks for the reply. I stand ok with money, and have set a budget of roughly £1000 or $2000. Customers should be ok too. Where do I get some videos e.t.c?

Thanks

Ben

fibreglast has videos and ebay has stuff as well.
