Hello all,
New guy here from Sault Ste. Marie. Currently earning a B.S. in Manufacturing Engineering. One more semester and done! I’ve always been interested in composites, especially carbon fiber. Figured I should get started on it, so joined this forum and ordered a small beginners kit.

Welcome! There is a ton of great information in this forum.
I started out as a Mechanical Engineer, HATED it. Switched majors last year, and I’m much happier, but still not a fan of engineering in general.
I’m guessing you’re the type of guy who likes being hands on which Engineering isn’t to a large extent.
Have any jobs lined up?
Haven’t started looking really. Might go into business for myself though, it’s been a dream of mine for as long as I can remember.

What experience you have with Composite ? (carbon fiber ? )
So far, none lol. I’m just getting started in composites. Been thinking about it for a while now and just decided to jump in and see what happens.
