In my Popular Science mag, http://www.cisurfboards.com uses a heat sensitive Alsa pigments that will turn a color under 80 degrees and turns clear at +80 degrees!
Might be a cool (get it…cool…:o) addition to car parts!
Thats really cool. Would work well here in south Florida.
