Do any of you guys know where to get it? I am looking for the foam that expands once it is put in an oven and baked. I need it for a carbon part that is too small for a bladder.

Extruded styrofoam (Dow blue) may work depending on the temperature and amount of expansion you are looking for. A lot or race car wings are now produced with polystryene beads as well. Even 2 part urethane foams will expand when heated.
yeah it would need to apply quite a bit of pressure like a bladder would. I dont know if the Extruded styrofaom would expand enough or apply enough pressure to compress the layers and then keep its shape.
