i have a binks b5 spraying gell acted like it needed rebuilt so i did but still am having problems was wondering if there is any body that works on this kind of equip(preferably in my area indiana)any ideas or if some one interested in purchasing i am considering a gs because they are more local to me
any body? maybe nobody here have equipment such as this??
Probally the gel coat kicked off in the gun. Try soaking the handle (fully tear down the gun) in a bucket of acetone. Then also try drilling all of the passages and see if your gel coat shavings start to drop out.

it is not a cup gun it is external mix the gun hangs on wall with the tube going into a 55 gal drum and 50foot of lines i am having problems with the fluid section pumping to fast which is making it catalyst rich we rebuilt this a few years ago and has worked fine since but cant get it right this time was hoping to find someone in my area to work on it but am now leaning toward a new gs system at this link http://www.gsmfg.com/littlewilliegelcoater.htm
