What is your tint? Specific for resins/paints, or just alcohol based dye?
I used House Of Kolors Kandy Koncentrate ( apple red). Mix that in with intercoat clear ( automotive base clear) 16:1 mix ratio. After the intercoat kandy dries ( 1 hour max time) i sprayed down urethane clear coat ( also automotive).
Alsa also makes some nice colors. House of Kolors offers 13 colors in their Kandy Koncentrate line.
Intercoat clear is used for adding paints and or tints to. intercoat is the clear used for mixing base coat paints and it can be purchased by itself. Alternatively you can mix candies right into the urethane clear coat… just be sure to top coat with a non tinted urethane clear after.
